If you have a By the Bed Lease , you will be mailed an individual check
If you have a USC by the Bed Lease , all refunds and charges will be placed on your Student Fee Bill.
If you have a By the Unit Lease (joint & several), the refund check will be mailed to the Master Resident.
THE LAST DAY TO SUBMIT AN ADDRESS IS THE EXPIRATION DATE OF YOUR LEASE. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE AN ADDRESS, THE CHECK WILL BE HELD AT THE TUSCANY CSC FOR PICK-UP.
