1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartment units available.

By the Unit / By the Bed

Choose your room and choose your roomates with "By the Unit" leasing. Furnished apartments and roomate matching with "By the Bed" leasing.

Furnished / Unfurnished

Furnished units are offered in 3 bedroom "By the Bed" units. All other units are unfurnished.

Parking Optional

If you don't have a car, no charge for parking. If you have a car, $150 monthly charge for reserved space in private, secure underground garage.

Study Abroad Options

If studying abroad, residents may a) sublease their space, b) reserve their space and store their furniture for ½ rent or c) terminate their lease.

Renewal Priority

When renewing leases, residents have first priority, at discounted rates, to stay in their same apartment, move to a different unit or move to another Westar Housing property.

Group Discounts

For large groups (10 or more) a bulk discount may be considered. Please inquire.

TV Providers

Digital cable TV with 42 HD channels included in your rent. Residents may contract directly with other TV providers subject to Landlord approval.

Maid Service Optional

We can provide weekly, monthly or one-time maid service for an additional fee. Otherwise, residents can clean (or not clean) their apartment as they see fit.

10 Month / 12 Month Leases

12 month leases are standard. For a limited time in limited units, 10 month leases may be considered for a higher monthly rent. Please note promotional offers and/or concessions can not be combined.
